Saudi fleet expense management started at the fuel card and largely stopped there. The comparison below uses figures published on the platforms’ own pages, and names nobody.

The short answer
The difference is not how well fuel is managed — it is that fuel alone is not the fleet's expense. Tyres, oil, batteries, maintenance, wash, towing and on-site service are the rest of the bill, and a platform covering fuel only leaves seven of the eight outside any control and outside any organised invoicing. The broadest alternative published in this market covers five of the eight, and lists neither towing nor on-site service anywhere on its pages.
